Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with International and Domestic Property Consultants.
Prepare quotes, close deals for office spaces, and manage client site visits.
Generate sales reports, analyze revenue, forecast trends, and optimize demand-supply ratios.
Understand client business needs, propose customized solutions, and monitor market trends.
Manage corporate accounts, lead team efforts, and contribute to sales strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing Management.
2-6 years of sales experience in industries like real estate, hospitality, or facility management.
Skills in team management, negotiation, and client engagement.
Key Attributes:
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and experienced in driving cold leads and achieving targets.
