• Drive end to end sales cycle including lead generation, telephonic counseling, follow ups.
• Identifying decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start the sales process.
• Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
• Updating client information in the database.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Develop a consulting and trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth delivery of all programs. Engage with the students after the webinar for feedback.
• Go the extra mile to make it a WOW experience for the students and their parents
• Reaching out to prospective partners - school counselors and education consultants - for possible collaboration.
• Doing research on getting more programs and webinars.

Logistics:
Joining Date: ASAP | Location: Emaar Digital Green, Gurugram | Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday | Monthly In-Hand Compensation (without any deductions): Based on experience

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales or related role (this excludes internship experience)

  • Should be comfortable with Leadsquare CRM

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills very important

  • The ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers

  • Client Relationships

  • Proficient in excel

  • Self-motivated and driven by targets

  • Presentation Skills

Big Red Education is an education firm that is curating courses on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, business design, etc. for high school students - grades 8 - 12.
