Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. Your main duties will include:

Developing and servicing new client relationships for the Company

Preparing and implementing quarterly plans and strategies for achieving sales targets

Generating new business leads for the company using techniques such as cold calling and pitching, attending conferences and events, ensuring top-of-the-mind recall with existing clients, or attending to incoming inquiries

Servicing existing clients to develop the scope for repeat business

Ensuring innovative-customized solutions are delivered to each client

Being proactive in learning about new or potential business projects

Working closely with the client servicing team to develop estimates and proposals for potential clients

Actively participating in overseeing the client servicing team for implementation

Overseeing the production team and the finance team to ensure the smooth delivery of the project

Ensuring that committed project finances are recovered in due time

Responsibly following all systems and processes

Carrying out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in management

Additional Information

This role involves local and sometimes travel within India. Other candidates should be aggressive to achieve results and should always be available to clients and for internal coordination.

Applicable incentives upon delivering 10X of annual CTC. It is common to take home incentives that are over 2 or 3 times the annual CTC for star performers.
