We are seeking talented and experienced C++ Developers with expertise in Qt framework to join our team. As a C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using C++ programming language with a focus on Qt for graphical user interface development. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ programming language.
 Utilize the Qt framework for developing graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and cross-platform
applications.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
 Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
 Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in C++ and Qt development.
 Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and
deliver solutions that meet business needs.
 Participate in the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design,
implementation, testing, and deployment.
 Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years.

  • Location: New Delhi.

  • Role Type: Direct contract with a Government PSU company (renewable for up to 3 years).

  • Number of Positions: Approximately 5 positions.

  • Roles and Experience:

    • Assistant Developer: Up to 2 years of experience.

    • Developer: 2 to 4 years of experience.

    • Senior Developer: 5+ years of experience.

  • Salary Range: ₹4.2 LPA to ₹10.20 LPA.

  • Work Mode:

    • 5-day working week, office-based.

    • Day shift: 08:45 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Languages:

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    • Fluent in Hindi (spoken).

  • Mandatory Documents:

    • Aadhaar Card.

    • PAN Card.

    • Police verification certificate.

    • Educational documents.

    • Experience certificates and other relevant documents (required upon selection).

  • Experienced Qt Developer Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Qt 5+ (Qt 6 experience is a plus).

    • Expertise in QML (Desktop & Controls – 2+ years).

    • Experience with flat and hierarchical data models (e.g., QAbstractItemModel, QSortFilterProxyModel).

    • Proficiency in C++.

    • Knowledge of JavaScript.

    • Experience with CMake.

    • Familiarity with Git source control.

    • Proficient in debugging tools (e.g., gdb, valgrind, kdab).

    • High personal standards for code development (e.g., peer testing, unit testing, documentation).

    • Experience with core Qt source code (a plus).

    • Financial services experience, particularly in front office/trading, is a plus.
