Responsibilities:

1. Provide client consulting services by analysing financial data, identifying areas of improvement, and offering expert advice on financial strategies.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting principles.
3. Handle various accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
4. Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to assess clients' financial performance, identify risks, and propose recommendations for improvement.
5. Assist clients in complying with GST regulations, including filing returns, maintaining records, and resolving any GST-related issues.
6. Prepare and file income tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
7. Assist in the incorporation process of new companies, including drafting and filing necessary documents, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
8. Perform financial audits to assess the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial records and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
9. Stay updated with changes in accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to provide accurate and reliable financial services to clients.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and advisory, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  1. Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) Intermediate, having completed article ship.

  2. 2 to 4 years of experience in client consulting, accounting, finance, bookkeeping, financial statement services, GST, income tax, incorporation services, and financial auditing.

  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements in India.

  4. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel for financial analysis and modelling.

  5. Good Knowledge and hands-on experience on tools like Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Computax and WinMan will be an advantage.

  6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

  7. Strong communication, interpersonal & articulation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

  9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

  10. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues.

  11. Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

  12. Good command on English & Hindi (written & spoken) and have good command on spoken kannada. 

  13. Renumeration - Rs 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum (CTC) plus other general employee benefits (It is not a constraint for a good candidate)
