Job Description:
As a Business Development/Sales Officer at Cognegic Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and growing our client base. We are seeking a smart and dynamic candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the home and office automation industry, who can leverage their connections within the industry to drive business growth starting with Bangalore and Mysore Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, integrators, developers, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), villa owners, and other potential clients.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bangalore and Mysore markets. Actively seek out potential clients and projects.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home and office automation products and systems to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and techniques.
5. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
6. Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized automation solutions.
7. Travel: Be prepared to travel extensively across Bangalore and Mysore to meet clients, attend meetings, and visit project sites.


Benefits:
• Competitive salary and commission structure in the range of Rs 2.40 -2.60 LPA plus incentives as per company norms (approax 2-3% of products cost (MRP) Upon achieving the assigned target)

• 6 months of probation period and post that confirmation and revision in package based on performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the home and office automation industry.

  • Connections: A strong network of contacts within the industry, including architects, integrators, developers, HNIs, and villa owners.

  • Education: A graduate with a relevant degree in business, sales, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.

  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.

  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Driving License: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
