Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fashion Consultant to immediately join the team in Bengaluru / Bangalore As the Fashion Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Illustration & Designing – Should know Sketching / illustrator / Photoshop / Clo3D / Canva / Adobe or other tools.
• Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment orders.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to create an appealing and inspiring shopping environment.
• Store Maintenance: Oversee store cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Billing & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to higher management.
• Sales Management:
Set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to boost sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
Analyse market data and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services.
Other Important Considerations:
1. Renumeration - < Rs 3 to Rs 6 LPA> Lakhs per annum (CTC)
2. Yearly Bonus up to 1 month salary based on performance.
3. Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary
4. NO PF/ No ESI
5. No Incentive schemes
A. Age bracket (21 – 30) Female Only.
B. Trendy and presentable smart formals.
C. 6 days’ work from Store. 1 day off per week only on weekday of your choice. 1 Paid leave a month.
D. Operational days and hours - All days of the year. Bangalore store – 10:30 to 7:30 PM on all days
E. Candidate can bring own laptop to work. Store laptop is used for billing and reports.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in fashion.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
Minimum 1 + years of experience in Fashion store management,
Fluency in English and Hindi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make sound decisions, and work independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in using CRM software, other sales tools, and Billing software.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining client relationship
