Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage the inventory of laptops, desktops, and smartphones for a logistics company collaborating with a hardware leasing provider. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless inbound and outbound processes, interact with internal customers and OEMs for technical issue resolution, and generate comprehensive reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inventory of laptops, desktops, and smartphones using designated tools to ensure accurate tracking and control.
Handle inbound and outbound processes to maintain compliance with standard procedures.
Interact with internal customers to address and resolve technical issues (hardware and software) efficiently.
Coordinate with OEMs for support on product maintenance, warranty claims, and other technical assistance.
Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, assets, and warehouse operations.
Ensure proper labelling, storage, and timely dispatch of devices to corporate clients.
Support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and achieving KPIs.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline with 2–4 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse management in a similar industry.
Proven experience in managing hardware assets (laptops, desktops, smartphones) for large corporates.
Strong knowledge of inventory management tools and systems.
Experience in resolving hardware and software issues through collaboration with OEMs and technical support teams.
Excellent communication skills to interact with internal customers and stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with logistics and warehousing processes.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
Proficiency in using ERP or asset management software.
