Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for motor products to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, demos, and presentations.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide insights and tools for customer engagement.
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and product launch events.
- Track and adjust marketing strategies based on campaign performance.
- Develop business plans and provide feedback to management.
- Initiate business discussions and cultivate new customer relationships.
- Obtain RFQs, provide proposals, and work with R&D and Operations teams.
- Review contracts and clarify customer specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the product engineering team.
- Engage in commercial negotiations and finalize orders.
- Monitor commodity price fluctuations.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and resolve issues.
- Provide continuous product, supply, and service support to customers.
