Salary Range – up to 40 LPA ( with roughly 6.5 L variable component)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems, providing architecture services for integrated and high-performing AEM solutions.
2. Create cross-platform architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, and CDP.
3. Lead several large projects client is undertaking in this space
- Develop Owned Digital Platform development for our brands and Landing page creation for Campaigns
- Development / Migration of brand websites on legacy tech to AEM
- Development / Migration of campaign, landing pages on legacy tech to AEM
4. Very actively partner with business for creating & driving brand experiences for various consumer facing digital touch points like websites, blogs, communities
5. Drive 1P data acceleration initiatives in coordination with Marketing Services, Brands and external agencies
6. Ensuring management of SEO, performance of site & ensuring web vitals are monitored.
7. Responsible for creating and integrating solutions using Adobe Marketing Cloud, translating complex requirements into architectural designs.
8. Integrate AEM with other systems such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
9. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure AEM solutions meet functionality, performance, and security requirements.
10. Participate in the design, development, and deployment implementation of projects using the Adobe Suite.
11. Work with internal IT team for contract finalization, approvals for Security & IM policy, pre & post implementation audits etc.
12. New tech integration e.g. GenAI on our owned Digital Platform, Brand websites etc.
13. Work on standardization of Marketing Tech across FMCG businesses –
14. Manage vendor teams for the project deliverables, commercials and contract.

Requirements

Experience:

Mandatory

1. Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5, including implementation

of 2+ full-cycle AEM projects. Like Proven experience leading large-scale AEM implementation

projects.

2. Adobe Experience Manager certifications or relevant certifications in web content management or related fields are a plus. Should be AEM certified sites developer.

3. Must have worked on AEM 6.2 or newer versions.

4. Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and

bundles.

5. Good knowledge of rolling out sites using Multi-Site Manager (MSM).

6. Develop AEM templates and components using current AEM software releases.

7. Overall approx. 6 to 10 years workex – (not above 13 years)

Good to Have :-

8. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

9. Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi

framework (R6/R7).

10. Familiarity with Sightly, Sling Models, touch UI libraries, Adobe core components, Continuous

Integration (Cloud Manager), and integration experience with other systems.

11. Collaborate effectively with other teams, including QA, UX, etc.

12. Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, and Production environments.

13. Experience with other CMS platforms and AEM integration with commerce systems (Adobe Magento).

14. Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE.

15. Basic knowledge of SEO performance monitoring, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).

16. Hands On exp on frontend / backend

17. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend technologies. – Mandatory

18. Familiarity with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling Web Framework, and Apache Felix OSGi

Framework.

19. Knowledge of Agile methodologies or DevOps practices

20. Manage vendor partner team 7 -10 people.


Educational Qualification – UG + MBA + relevant exp. preferred degree in Computer Science, IT,

or a related field.
