• Managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (website, email, social media, WhatsApp etc.)
• In-depth social media know-how (Primarily Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and forums/discussion groups like Quora)
• Identifying trends and aggregating them on the brand’s social media page to increase traffic.
• Responsible for the creation, optimization, and monitoring of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms.
• Planning and implementing digital marketing strategies, as well as tracking lead generation and other performance metrics.
• Creating and maintaining a web presence, as well as optimizing landing pages and Google ads.
• Designing and curating content for email marketing including newsletters, promotional and educational content.
• Collaboration with internal and external agencies for resources such as design, content, and others.
Logistics:
Joining Date: ASAP
Location: Emaar Digital Green, Gurugram
Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Monthly In-Hand Compensation without any deductions (based on profile/experience)
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related role (this excludes internship experience)
Should be comfortable with Leadsquare CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills very important
Flair for writing crisp and effective copy
Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/video editing tools is an advantage
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing
About the Company
Big Red Education is an education firm that is curating courses on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, business design, etc. for high school students - grades 8 - 12. Our mission is to “future proof” students before they enter the workforce. We want to solve the massive problem of our obsolete education system. We enable ALL kids to be ready for an uncertain, evolving future through our programs such as the Harvard YLC and the Innovate Now program. We are excited to work relentlessly on this problem and tackle big challenges as we encounter them, including solving for scale and quality. We are crafting modules for skills that no one else in the world has created before - messy emotions, taxes, critical thinking, global citizenship, world religion, and so on. You will be part of the founding team of Big Red Education and will take ownership of the product with us as a partner.
