Job Description & Roles & Responsibilities for

Application Engineer - 2 Positions
Manufacturing Engineer - 1 Position

*Good understanding of customer needs relative to product(s), technology, direction, design process and design cycle

*Develop/execute technical strategies that help solve customer design challenges.

* Provide in-depth technical support to customers and Sales Team in their selection and use of our product lines, and development tools.

*Technical /Company product presentation at various conferences and technical events

*Point of contact for customers & Inside Sales Team in resolving any technical support issues, provide onsite or offsite technical support

*Identify and develop relationships with all key technical decision-makers and influencers of the project.

*Ability to communicate and document all contacts and issues with Engineers/ Customers.

*Willingness to travel to Customer locations.

*Manages the product from beginning to end which involves communication and in-depth consultation with customers, sales team, and vendors.

*Installation and Demonstration of our product range to customers.
